Love Potion #9
A magical treat for starry-eyed lovers, this aptly-named cocktail is a delicious blend of berries, vanilla ice cream, vodka, and white crème de cacao liqueur. One sip, and you might fall in love.
Ingredients
½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 ounce vodka (unflavored, strawberry, or vanilla)
½ ounce white crème de cacao liqueur
½ cup ice
Garnish: strawberry
Directions
In a blender, combine the ice, strawberries, vanilla ice cream, vodka, and crème de cacao; blend until smooth.
Pour into a chilled margarita glass.
Garnish with a strawberry.
Kir Royale
For an easy way to woo that special someone, try a fizzy, fruity Kir Royale. To create this elegant cocktail, simply swirl champagne and French berry liqueur. That's it!
Ingredients
½ ounce Chambord raspberry liqueur

Directions

3 dashes orange bitters
Garnish: ground cinnamon and orange half-wheel
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass; fill with ice.
Stir briefly and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice or cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange half-wheel and a dusting of ground cinnamon.

½ ounce blood orange juice

½ ounce simple syrup
4 dashes hot sauce
Garnish: blood orange twist, lime twist
Optional: hot sauce
Directions
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice; shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with blood orange and lime twists.

½ ounce amaretto
½ ounce Baileys Irish cream

1 teaspoon heavy cream
Directions
Drizzle caramel and chocolate sauce lines on the inside of a rocks glass; chill in the refrigerator.
Add the caramel vodka, amaretto, Baileys, chocolate liqueur, and heavy cream into a shaker with ice; shake until well-chilled.
Pour unstrained into the prepared glass.
